IN COOL OR RAINY WEATHER:
RAIN HAT, RAIN COAT, RAIN PANTS, RUBBER BOOTS OR RUBBER BOOTIES. WARMER UNDER-LAYERS. SUN SCREEN. (PLEASE DON’T USE AN UMBRELLA UNLESS YOU ARE PLANNING TO SIT AT THE VERY BACK).
